Who to contact
- A channel is missing, a stream is down, or your account has expired: your provider.
- The app crashes, a screen doesn't work, or you have a licence question: the player. For LAKSMED, that's LAKSMED support.
Your responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, subscriptions, or licenses to access content through LAKSMED. Choose a provider that is authorised to offer the content it sells.
