Try before you buy
LAKSMED includes a free 2-day trial so you can check that it works with your device and your provider before paying. Please use it.
Refund window
If LAKSMED does not work for you after you buy, contact us within [TO CONFIRM: number] days of purchase for a full refund. When a refund is issued, the licence is deactivated.
What a refund does not cover
LAKSMED licences pay for the player software only. We cannot refund, and are not responsible for, anything you paid to an IPTV provider, and a problem with your provider's service or content is not a fault in LAKSMED.

Use the contact form with the category Refund, or email [TO CONFIRM]. Include your order reference and the ID shown on LAKSMED's licence screen.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Refunds are paid back through [TO CONFIRM] to your original payment method.
