LAKSMED is a media player for content you are authorised to access. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.

You may

  • Use LAKSMED to play content from providers, playlists and portals you are authorised to use.
  • Use your licence on one active device, and ask us to move it when you replace that device.

You may not

  • Use LAKSMED to access content you do not have the rights, permissions, subscriptions or licences to access.
  • Use LAKSMED to infringe copyright or other rights, or to break the law where you live.
  • Sell, rent, share or resell LAKSMED licences, or bundle LAKSMED with an IPTV service as if we supplied or endorsed it.
  • Present LAKSMED as including channels or content, or use the LAKSMED name to promote any IPTV service.
  • Modify, repackage or redistribute the app, or interfere with its licence checks or our servers.
  • Attack, overload or probe our website or licence server.

Enforcement

We may suspend or end licences used in breach of this policy. Report misuse of the LAKSMED name to [TO CONFIRM].
