1. About these terms

These terms apply to the LAKSMED software, the laksmed.com website, and licences bought for LAKSMED. They are an agreement between you and [TO CONFIRM], [TO CONFIRM]. By installing LAKSMED or buying a licence you accept them.

2. What LAKSMED is, and what it is not

LAKSMED is a media player. It does not provide, host, sell, or distribute IPTV channels, movies, series, or other media content. We do not supply, recommend or endorse any IPTV provider.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, subscriptions, or licenses to access content through LAKSMED.

3. Trial

LAKSMED includes a free trial of 2 days, which starts automatically the first time the app runs. The trial is offered once.

4. Licences

• Annual: $9 per year, valid for the period bought.
• Lifetime: $20 once, with no recurring payment, including updates while the version you use is supported.

A licence is a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use LAKSMED on one active device. It is a licence for the software only and does not include any content or IPTV service. The app checks its licence with our server from time to time and needs an internet connection to do so.

We may move a licence to a replacement device on request. We may suspend or end a licence that is shared, resold, used to breach these terms, or obtained by fraud or chargeback.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of LAKSMED is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Official downloads

Only download LAKSMED from laksmed.com or an official app store. You may not modify, repackage, redistribute or resell the app, or try to bypass its licence checks.

7. Updates and support

We may update LAKSMED to fix problems, add features or keep it working with platforms. We do not promise that every provider, stream format or device will work, because providers and devices are outside our control.

9. Disclaimers and liability

LAKSMED is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for content you access through it, for your provider's service, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
